Colin Atkinson, DHOS SERC Sport will be hosting a lunch time information session for Men’s Health Week.

In this session he will be covering:

  • Healthy eating and nutrition advice for men
  • How to increase your physical activity and the importance of exercise for men
  • Information on use of the college gyms for staff

When: Tuesday the 14th of June 2022 at 12.00 noon to 12.30 pm via MS Teams.
