Lunchtime Circuit Sessions in Lisburn Campus

Fit SERC will be hosting circuit classes that will run for six weeks, taking place in the Lisburn campus Sports Hall. Classes will be held on:

All session will run from 12.15pm to 1pm.

Classes will cost £2.00 per session, or you can pay in advance for 6 sessions costing £12, payable via Customer Services in Lisburn campus reception.

You are required to bring your receipt to the session, as well as wear suitable clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring a water bottle with you.
