You will explore how insufficient sleep can increase risks for serious health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and depression, while also undermining focus, creativity, and productivity at work. 

The session will also provide practical, evidence-based insights into the ways healthy sleep supports both personal resilience and workplace performance, helping employees feel more energised, engaged, and effective in their roles.
