This course offers hands-on vocational training, allowing learners to build their hospitality skills while gaining experience in a variety of settings such as restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels, contract catering services, and more.
Level 2 Traineeship in Hospitality & Tourism Team Member (Food & Beverage Service)
This Traineeship is designed for learners interested in a career in Hospitality or Tourism. Participants will develop practical front-of-house skills in customer service, communication, food and beverage service, as well as barista and cocktail-making techniques. The program also includes the development of foundational supervisory skills.
The Traineeship programme will allow participants to achieve a full Level 2 Diploma qualification and will comprise the following key elements:
- A Vocational Qualification & Skills Development
- Transversal and Digital Skills
- Work Placement
- Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at Level 2 (may include GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics)
4 GCSEs grade D-G, including grade E in Maths and grade E in English or equivalent.
Applicants that have not obtained the above grades may be eligible to enrol upon a Traineeship programme dependent upon successful completion of literacy and / or numeracy pre-entry assessments as required. Please contact us for further information.
