Self-care is the active practice of prioritising and looking after your health. In this session, Lena by Inspire will factor in the 5 steps to wellbeing to consider achievable ways to make decisions about improving and maintaining your own health and wellbeing. 

This session aims to: 

  • Increase awareness and understanding of what self-care means 
  • Recognise common barriers to self-care 
  • Increase awareness of how sleep and nutrition impact on self-care 
  • Learn positive, useful self-care strategies.
