Bowel Cancer UK will be holding a short awareness session to highlight the following key messages about bowel cancer:
- Prevalence – learn that bowel cancer is more common than people think.
- Signs and symptoms – learn about the five most common symptoms.
- Risks – gain an awareness of the risk factors associated with bowel cancer.
- Bowel screening – learn about the NHS bowel screening programme and the importance of taking part.
There will an opportunity at the end to ask questions.
