Trip to Develop Strategic Partnerships with China

Tommy Martin, SERC Principal and Chief Executive, Heather McKee, Deputy Principal Planning Performance and Engagement and Elaine McKeown, Senior International Development Manager, will be visiting partner colleges in China from 12 – 21 October 2025.  

The visit has been organised by China-Europe International Education Consulting Group (CEIECG) who are working closely with SERC to help develop strategic partnerships with universities and colleges in China. 

During the visit the SERC team will visit Pingdingshan Vocational Technical College, Zhengzhou Information Engineering Vocational College and Zhongyuan University of Technology,  all in Henan Province, and Hebei Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Technology, Hebei Province. The team will also meet Kerry Curran, Director, Northern Ireland Bureau in China.
