World Menopause Day is on Saturday 18 of October 2025 and aims to raise awareness about the menopause and the support that is available for women approaching or going through it.

For staff, the college has a menopause SOP for assistance and support.

The college also has two trained Menopause Advocates. The role of the Menopause Advocates is to support individuals who are experiencing symptoms caused by menopause and encourage confidential conversations with them. They can signpost you to relevant information and organisations for support. The Menopause Advocates are Kim Godsman and Catherine Keatley - and they may be contacted via MS teams.

Click here to complete a short anonymous MS Teams form regarding supporting those who are experiencing symptoms of menopause or perimenopause in work.

A digital toolkit and information on the male andropause can also be accessed on the Mind Yourself app
