Habits matter - if you have ever tried breaking a habit, you know all too well how engrained they can be. This webinar will look at some daily, monthly, and yearly habits to help kick-start an improved sense of wellbeing.

- Adopting new healthier habits as a projective life factor
- Learning the four stages of creating a healthy habit
