If you want to find techniques that will help to reduce your stress, come along to this short, 30-minute, online, self-care session led by Lorraine from Wellbeing NI. The session will involve practicing techniques that you can use to reduce stress, a body scan meditation and will finish on focusing on what you can do take care of yourself.
