Yoga for the Stages of Menopause Session

This session will be delivered by Inspire Wellbeing and is suitable for beginners to yoga. It will cover: 

  • Building confidence and resilience 
  • Gaining a deeper understanding of your body and how to manage the effects of stress on the body and mind 
  • Learning about the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes experienced during menopause.
