At SERC we feel it is important to give recognition to students who exemplify excellence, celebrating their achievements, their impact, and their contributions both academically and in their extra-curricular activities. The College’s 2026 Excellence Awards will give us the chance to recognise and celebrate Further Education (FE) students at SERC. We encourage nominations for any Level 1 to Level 3 students who have demonstrated excellence in the past year.

Ceremonies to recognise all winners will be held in March 2026. Staff are welcome to attend the ceremonies to support their students. The dates are as follows:

  • Lisburn and Ballynahinch Excellence Awards, Lisburn Campus, 19 March
  • Bangor, Holywood & Newtownards Excellence Awards, Bangor Campus, 24 March
  • Downpatrick & Newcastle Excellence Awards, Downpatrick Campus, 26 March
