This session will be delivered by Wellbeing NI and invites you to pause and reconnect with what truly matters, nurturing your well-being for the year ahead. 

Rather than striving for a ‘new you,’ we’ll focus on gentle intention-setting—choosing what we want to nurture, release, or welcome more of in our lives.  Together, we’ll explore intentions that feel authentic, supportive, and sustainable, guiding us through the year with clarity and compassion.

When: The Wednesday 21 January 2026 at 10am to 10:30am.
