Certificate Essential Skills - ICT
This course is studied over 15 to 17 weeks and there is a combination of classroom teaching and practical work and an e-portfolio created.
Essential Skills ICT is pitched at 2 levels - Level 1 and Level 2. After completing this course, either at Level 1 or 2, all students will have new skills in most Microsoft software, send e-mails and attachments, enhance your internet searching skills and much, much more.
All students will have access to the most up-to-date computing software along with excellent teaching staff.
How to apply
Please apply online and you will be emailed information as to when this course will commence and what to do next.
- Assessments will need to be completed by everyone who wishes to commence on this course to identify what your level is.
- Once assessments have been marked, tutors will then be able to confirm via email or phone call what your result is and if you are eligible to enrol for the course the following week of the course start date.
Please note that on the fist night of class all applicants will be asked to sit an assessment. This assessment will determine your Essential Skills level and the allocation to a class. Please also note that if you do not arrive at the first night of class, you risk not securing a place.
